[Closed] 9/10 in big blind: shove to aggressive?

I donk bet this flop, unless the guy is realy agressive post-flop, then I c/r.
No slowplay on this board...

I think if i had check raised on the flop that might of worked as he was betting a gutshot

Why do you c/c and then donk lead the turn? Does not make a whole lot of sense to me. I'd either just bet the flop or c/r the flop, depending on how often I think villain will bet when checked to. c/c would be more of a potcontrol line, which is obv not what you want.

The reason I donk bet the Jack is cause i hate the jack as it completes 2 straights. The check call approach I feel is a little dangerous with all the straights out there on the turn and flop.

I think the check raise is probably the line I should have taken, but i do agree the donk bet on the turn doesn't make much sense I think i was just trying to protect my hand while it was good.

By check calling the flop you created a situation where all worse hands than you fold on the turn and all better hands than yours shove. When out of position you should be looking to minimise the mistakes you make with the hand and this can be achieved by check raising considerably.
