So when i tried to import my hands from my fulltilt folder not only did it take around 20 min to import less then 7k hands but it only managed to import 98 of them and said that the other had errors or sth like that ?

Took a look again at the program and it appears that the only hands that did import were Hold'em hands and i mostly play omaha hi-lo :/ is this the problem ?

yes, your omaha hands are the problem. Omaha is not yet supported by the elephant. Please visit http://elephant.pokerstrategy.com for more informations about future updates.
Unfortunately I can't tell you when the elephant will be able to handle omaha hands.
