I have a really stupid problem with me when I play poker. I buy-in to the table for like 10$ , then I go up to 40$ and can`t stop playing and when I continue playing I loose all the money including my buy-in. It happens all the time and I can`t stop , I know that I will loose the money if I don`t stop , but I just can`t.
What should I do ?
set a stop loss.
also, next time you're up an amount that I assume gives you a rush, take a couple slow deep breaths, unclick autopost blind, and leave.
once you're not excited anymore, do it again and book another win, rinse and repeat until you get bored of poker and winning and losing becomes almost meaningless.
watch deeply the closest wall when ur up alot go there, stare a bit, and bang, hit ur head hard, repeat this twice everyday, u wont go allin with 400bb ever again ♦ and u will leave ur table at 3-4x BI plus always:D
Really simple:
Set yourself an upper limit like if you have doubled/tripled up - leave table, park the money and buy in at another/same table table with initial BI... ♠_evil:

If you won't follow this by yourslef you could put a lil sticky note to your screen...
If that ain't helping you - you don't have control over your body 
OR as soon as you have 200bbs plus, you stand up and run out of the house and keep running for like 1 min. then when you get back home you will already be sitting out. Since you get all excited and energetic use it somewhere else
