I notice on Titan there are freerolls all the time with PokerStrategy.
Even if i cant take advantge of free BR.... can i play those freerolls at all.

As you can read here you have to fulfill certain conditions to be eligible to participate in these freerolls. Since you didn't fulfill any of these conditions yet, you are not qualified for these tournaments.

I guess ill have to wait out the storm for the week or so it will probaby take for tech issues.
i dont get it but no worries, its like banks when they need to credit your account it can takes weeks.
