The reason why I bet the flop was simple. I was the initial raiser and the flop was dry. Quite unlikely that someone hit something. If someone had called it could have been easy ch/f turn.

Full Tilt Pot-Limit Omaha, $0.02 BB (4 handed) - Full-Tilt Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

SB ($0.58)
BB ($2.61)
Hero (UTG) ($1.85)
Button ($4.05)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 8, 7, 9, A
Hero bets $0.07, 1 fold, SB calls $0.06, BB calls $0.05

Flop: ($0.21) J, 5, J (3 players)
SB checks, BB checks, Hero bets $0.14, 2 folds

Total pot: $0.21 | Rake: $0.01

It's not a bluff, it's called continuation bet. It's very standard stuff, also on this dry board you can c-bet smaller, like 10-12c, either way everything but a jack or 55 folds.
