Raise flop potsized (3x0.15$ + 0.32$ = 0.77$ (!))
As played, also raise the turn way larger.
He now has to put 0.70$ in a 2.12$-pot! You're giving him big odds.
River is a clear checkbehind.

This, except for the turn. The Jh is really horrible for your hand considering how tight villain looks, it would usually take a pretty strong hand for him to continue betting on that turn that makes more two pairs/flushes possibles. I'd just call on the offchance he's trying to rep the flush with 7x or something, or he has JT.

Quite surprising he shows up with ATo, definitely make a note that you should include such weak hands in his flop leading range.
