I am in Beijing but that is pretty far from Kunming

Kunmingdoll lived here with me, but moved away. I have the same questions, though ...

- what is the legal status in China ?
- I only found FTP, all other major sites I can not access, is that correct or am i doing something wrong ?
- what is the best way to cash out here ?
