I would check/fold the flop....
althought it may be to tight... but the Cbet costs a lot and we are out of position against a player who can have anything

I dont like a second barrel here. The 3 of :heart: completes a possible Flushdraw and is other than that basically a blank, which means if your opponent liked his hand on the flop he is probably going to like it now as well.

This. Most importantly if villain has 7x+ in made hands, he's not going to be "afraid" enough to fold on the turn. So you really fold out very few hands (only 22-55, not 33 obviously, and 6x hands).
