Every time I start importing hands, I have to wait like an hour before PT3 starts importing played hands. Instead, it imports duplicates, which are more every day.
How do I get rid of them?

You can change them with someone for their duplicates? ♦
Try erasing all the imported hands from where you are importing from. If you haven't tried that already
