What to do preflop? Definatly reraise pre flop, but what to do after he 4bet me? Reraise again? Flat call(like i did)? Or fold because he is so tight? Flop is easy i didnt hit anything he bet 1/2 pot i fold

I think 3-bet pf is fine maybe not the best play against 10/8, but in generally I´d prefer 3-bet for value
When you get 4-bet then it depends a lot on the player. Some would never do that with worse hands than KK+, but often you see players also 4-betting with AK/QQ+ abd against that range I´d suggest to shove.
Calling is not really the best option since a lot of times you miss and have to c/f flop and AK would like to see all 5 cards so if you don´t give him too much credit I think shove is better than fold
