Against middlestack I´d just b/shove turn, since he may c/r there also with KQ or maybe draws and AQ is strong enough most cases to play there for 50bb
Ofcourse since it is 4-way pot you can also make argument to b/f, since he also has there a lot of times two pair or set, but once you bet I think you should play for his stack

If you don´t see people c/r turn to often then I guess your play is fine, but since you bet less than half the potsize, then that might induce raise from worse hands

Preflop: bet bigger, like $0.30 - $0.40, don't want to give such a good price to see a flop. You have two limpers, so take this into account. AQo is not a great hand for a multiple-way pot, you should be looking to get heads up with such a hand.
Flop: cbet bigger, more like 2/3 - 3/4 pot size. At NL5 people will call with weaker Qs, and even 9x & 7x hands.
Turn: continue to bet strong and look to stack opponent, unless you have specific reads on how villain plays sets/2p hands. TPTK is often good at NL5.
Your turn bet might of invited the raise, at less than half pot an agressive opponent might see this as weakness and an opportunity to steal the pot.
