Villain was on looser side and played most hands,but raised only first in, this was his first reraise, and I didn t like the size of reraise, is the one when you feel it he is strong. How should I play that?

i like a raise/fold here. he is raising your EP open and you said it was his first 3bet so i dont think we are far enough ahead of his range. its close though. if he is capable of 3betting AQ and TT then its a shove imo
