1) You can fold the flop after the raise. Very often you are behind already and if you are ahead many cards will change that. :)

2) I don't like to raise the flop because you get a 3-bet sometimes from a flushdraw and you will fold the best hand to the turn bet then. I just call this down and fold to a :spade:.
