I must receive a call from your staff to check my ID and i really really feel uncomfortable. This is because I TALK AND LISTEN BY ENGLISH TOO BADLY BADLY, BADLY, BADLY to understand what your staff says. And, the wave of phone when i receive a call from diffirent countrys is not clear, so with that 2 problem ===> i can't hear anything from your staff. I suggest giving you a copy of image which has me holding my indentify card in order to confirm my registration. Is that allright ?

Hi hanhpro,

You need to contact our customer service. They are responsible for the ID check and can decide here.

Best regards,
Hannes

They said that they don't accept it. It's really uncomfortable. I explain all of my problem which make me can't chat with your staff but I don't understand why they don't accept. A call from you and My face in picture with my indentify card is same.

Hi hanhpro,

Well then there is not much what we can do here. I still think that you can do the phone check without any problems.

Best regards,
Hannes

You also don't understand me. I explain all. I can't do any more. I had said about the problem of my indentify card, i have to remake another indentify card. And now i want to feel relax. I can't talk by english and it's very very hard problem to fix. Why can't i do my idea. They are same.

Hello there,

unfortunately, we must insist in a phone check in English since this is the language in which you've passed the Quiz. However, as my colleagues have pointed out, they will try to talk clearly and slowly so you can understand and reply to them.

The problem is the dumb wave of phone is not clear !!

My colleagues will speak slow and as clear as possible.

Don't worry too much about that.

Cheers,
Hannes
