If he's a station (loose/passive as you say), why do you 3bet OOP with K7o? Against these types of opponents I like to play small pots OOP and then vbet vbet vbet when I hit. You don't gain much by 3betting here since he won't fold anyway, and K7o rarely flops very well.
I feel the same way about the flop - I check here. Again since he's a station I like to wait for a hit and then get my value.
Rest of the hand I think is fine.

yeah you can ignore this. ive studied small ball recently, and looking at this HH makes me want to vomit now
