Hey guys., I'll be simple. I think this hand was horrible played, so:
1º: Is the pf call ok? What odds do i need when i'm seeking for the set?
2º: How should i play this overpairs on the flop, turn, river?

Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with 9:s, 9:c.
UTG1 folds, Hero calls $30.00, MP1 raises to $120.00, MP2 folds, MP3 calls $120.00, 3 folds, BB calls $90.00, Hero calls $90.00.

Flop: ($495) 8:s, 2:d, 5:h (4 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $360.00, MP1 folds, MP3 calls $360.00, BB calls $360.00.

Turn: ($1575) 3:s (3 players)
BB raises to $1,425.00(All-In), Hero folds, MP3 folds, BB gets uncalled bet back.

Final Pot: $1575.

I raise 99 preflop here.
Calling the raise is OK given the pot odds, but with so many people in the hand we have to be quite careful. I am inclined to say no set no bet, in fact.

i also open raise 99+ here.

calling pre-flop purely for set-value is MARGINAL, we need 20:1 implied odds (so we need 20x the size of the call in our stack and our opponents to call purely for set-value).

The way you played the hand I would not be willing to go broke with an overpair so i would stick to a no-set-no-bet plan and c/f flop readless.
