nothing much you can do about it (SB slow play his AA).

Do take notes about everything in this hand though. that he can flat with AA , leads with overs , passive against you ( as i think his aware you are aggressive and he can get value from QQ - KK , Jx , semi bluffing flush draws

This, don't beat yourself up over that one.

And don't give villain credit for adapting his play to yours, most likely he flatted preflop because he felt like being tricky and he lead into you because the flop was scary, not because he's aware you're aggressive and consciously tries to get value out of your worse hands, he's probably incapable of putting you on a range to begin with.
