One of my friend was called by your team for confirmation. How can I get that?

Your status is already Bronze so that means you should of received your free $50 starting capital unless you deposited and linked an account yourself?

They say they want the id check. But whenever I put my id, the images come incomplete. Cant I recieve a call from Poker Strategy?

the phone check that your friend went through is part of the entire ID check process - the reason for those being protection from fraud. Basically, if you're handing out $50 to everyone who registers, you need to make sure that nobody finds a way to get the money more than once.
I hope you can understand this. You shouldn't be having much problems with the photos, maybe get in touch with our support team directly and ask them what was wrong exactly.

only offering advise .. take photo`s of the id you going to send in & email them to pokerstrategy make sure they are clear though otherwise they will be rejected again.

I just received 50$ after some troubles, I had to send my ID and a photo with me and ID. I don't think there is other way...
