I'd say calling his 3bet is better as he seems like fish who is loose, but not raising too much, so I wouldn't insta stack off if getting 3bet from him, but playing with AK IP is definitely good for us.
I'd most likely just call flop in case he is doing it with worse hands that he may fold to a raise and I don't include too many FD in his range, so letting him bluff turn seems fine idea.
On turn I'd bet if he checks or shove if he bets 3/4 pot again as stacks sizes would allow it. I think he has enough worse hands here.
