If you can learn to make the correct decision more often than the enemy, then monetery goals become irrelevant because you will achieve them anyway. And when the money goes in bad beats happen if you're ahead; I count bad beats as money in the bank, which goes contrary to my earlier career thinking I can assure you! Lol. This helps me to say nice things in my head about the hands when it happens and keeps my brain of clutter. Although I have to say, my brain is quite clear of anything really. 
Keep at it. If it's only bad beats that are stopping you getting where you want to be, then just wait, what goes around comes around. I suspect like most, it is a combination of factors though.

My BR had been constant dropping since I open the thread, I'm so fed up.
Had been constantly called my bet PF by random cards and lost. Just lost a hand with AKo, flop A K 8, push all-in by opponent with T8s, and got rivered 8.
Additionally, is AK worth pushing all in PF for cash game?

What is your purpose of PF pushing AI with AK ?
There are two ways to win , either you win with the best hand @ showdown , or you steal.
By pushing AI with AK , you are either confident your AK > his range and its profitable to ship PF
that or you think that his going to fold so often that its profitable to push PreFlop and not to outplay him postflop
but the risk generally outweighs the rewards the only hand that logically will call you will be hands that beat you. so when u get called , you would be crushed , the risk/reward ratio is very low.
unless you have a good reason , dun do it .

Just lost again with 3s, flop 223, push all in. Opponent shows 26o, turn 2 duh.

There are lots of hands that fold (small to medium pocket pairs) that will fold, while actually being the favourite preflop. Thus you make the best hand fold. Also - you hit the flop only around 30% of the time, thus, if you call and your opp gets aggressive on the flop (which he usually will) you'll have to fold. That means by calling you lose your investment most of the times.

I had not been using any HUD for my session because I don't understand clearly how it works, but I do know it is important.
Can you guys enlight me? I mean, how HUD function and how it help my game actually ?
A HUD or head up display display selected stats about your opponents. they are generally or normally stats of hands you have participated in but some HUD/sites allow hands that you have just watched or datamining, (getting hands from outside databases).
So for example with an HUD you can have an idea about how many time your oponent enters the flop or raises or cbet etc... it is not a substitute or as precise as good note taking about your oponents but it is a great help to give you some basic idea if you have no note.
