He has 2,9 3bet over 273 hands and is just a normal reg, 17/14 VPIP/PFR and 6,3 aggr. factor.
I don't really want to get it because in best case i'm flipping or spliting.
Is fold preflop actually an option?
I wonder about my postflop play too.

No.

Against this player, flatting IP is fine, although getting it in is never a big mistake.

Postflop: flatting flop is okay since the flop is so dry and you have his range generally crushed. Turn & river cards are very ugly though. This kind of player is not going to show up with anything weaker here, so folding river is fine (if you want to be really nitty, you could even fold turn, but I would never do so in practice).

I would raise flop and play for stacks, since if his 3-bet is really 2,9 then he isn´t 3-betting pf with 99/77/A9/A7, so that leaves only AA that has you crushed anyway, but generally very unlikely
You can very likely stack his AQ, maybe also AJ if he should ever 3-bet that hand and don´t have to worry about scare turn and river cards.

I would likely also fold river. Doubt AK is shoving river, he is very likely turn his Kk into bluff on the turn and his very likely hand is AQ or QQ/AA
