[Closed] HU turn decision

Meh tons of stuff he could have u only have bottom 2. I'd maybe go with top 2. fwiw I just check back the flop as well.

Villain takes the initiative on the turn and if he had something good I do not think he would have done such a move. On the other hand you have 2 pairs which is a really good hand in HU play, even bottom 2. So, beacause I put him on a flush draw, reraise allin and make him pay his draw!

I think shoving on the turn looks great. It isn't an overbet, and although occasionally you will see a cooler by a higher two pair hand, there are a lot of draws your opponent could have or weaker made hands.

Just calling on the turn is hard to evaluate because there are so many unpleasant river cards which might ruin your hand, and I think these also make calling less profitable. You won't know whether another diamond, or a card which counterfeits your pairs, leaves you with the best hand or not, but your opponent will have a better idea. So, I'd put all of the money in on the turn while bottom two is still a strong hand, both for value and protection.

Bet between 1/2 and 2/3 of pot on flop. Usually half pot bet is enough against most villains. Very very easy shove on turn.

What pzhon said is best! If you bet the flop you should have a plan for the turn. This is a spot where I would either try to get to showdown directly with my bottom pair, or bet the flop and bet the turn to get him to fold his 9x holdings. If the turn is connected that means we have to bet the turn and the river to get him to fold. Just betting the flop without a plan for further barrels is bad though.
