Stud Hi so far:
Trying out 10c/20c now.
I played poorly (and maybe also ran a bit bad) at 10c/20c, so I stepped back down to 5c/10c and won back what I lost. 5c/10c players are so bad it almost hurts.
Have anyone in here tried Stud Indicator?
Last night was a great Stud night. I played 5c/10c and managed to keep my winrate above 42bb/100 at that level. I'll post graphs later.
I changed the title of the blog to just hold what game I'm playing at the moment. Maybe that'll attract some more readers. I'm still just a recreational player though.

Stud Indicator is in my opinion not worth the money and you´d be better off with PT stud. Stud I is a really nice program but you really don´t gain anything from it and I find it actually draws your attention away from the table so you may find it harder to follow the game. Both programs can be tried for free.
Good luck with the Stud and be prepared for a wild ride.
I have played a lot of Stud Hi lately and I enjoy it a lot. But as always I get bored if I play the same game for too long, so yesterday and today I decided to play some HU SNGs. 8 SnGs played - 7 won. Not bad at all, and most importantly I enjoyed playing and felt I was playing very well, focusing on exploiting my opponents' weaknesses.
About a year ago I got some coaching in HU SnGs and I reviewed the material from back then before I started playing - definitely helped a great deal.
Gotta love that.
So I'm still playing HU SnG. I started playing some NLO8 super turbos. Only a little more than 50 games in. I think there is some edge, but mine is too small at the STs, so I'll try playing some reg speed tonight. Pretty confident I can crush those if there's enough action in them.
Also been playing some RUSH, but didn't have the save HH on, so a graph of that will have to wait. Anyway RUSH NL5 FR is ez game.
So I changed the title to 'Working on my mindset' because.. well.. I want to work on my mindset. I get easily frustrated and I tend to let it out on furniture. My gf isn't exactly happy with that.
So now I'm going to work on my mindset, and my first thought was to ask all the readers that I'm sure I have what you usually do to prevent tilt/getting mad, or just to handle it when it appears? Any and all input is very appreciated.
Cliffs:
- I have a girlfriend.
Maybe these help:

Still playing HUSNG? how is it goin?
hey prg09,
Thanks for the suggestions ![]()
I think I read both of those before, but I should probably give them both another read.
I still play HUSNG yes, and I also mix in some 6max SnG and some MTTs. And of all kinds that is. As for how it's going I'm about b/e for the last couple of weeks, but I'm up a little for October/November.
What are you playing?
Hi,
i am studying/playing micro HUSNG at the moment. (since i have job+famiy, mainly studying now...)
since u seem to know these mental stuff, one more suggestion and then i stop, have you seen this new series at DC.com, "Shuffle and Flow"?
all the best, prg09.
I haven't seen that one no. What's it about? I have listened to Tommy Angelo's 8fold path to poker enlightenment though. Awesome!
well, maybe it's better to talk about it thru skype or sth...
