Hand recorder used for this poker hand: Texas Grabem 1.9 by www.pokerstrategy.com.

Preflop: Hero is BB with Q♥, 3♥
MP3 folds, CO raises, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (4,50 SB) Q♠, 2♥, 9♣ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (3,25 BB) 5♥ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero raises, CO 3-bets, Hero calls.

River: (9,25 BB) 4♠ (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 11,25 BB

Better play standard line (check-raise flop and lead turn)?

When can I vary and play c/c flop and c/r turn?

Btw: call river?

river is a crying call imho.
i would stick to the standard line here. with a stronger hand and when i´m sure that he will bet the turn again i sometimes play c/c, c/r

Check/raise flop, bet turn here.

Check/call, check/raise turn is good if you raised him and he made a 3-bet preflop. And you hit a toppair. (Don't do this in wa/wb situations for example if you hit an ace with a weaker kicker then you should just check/call it down.)
