It is always allin situation, or it is just gambling?

Given UTG has limped, I would call here and expect UTG to limp reraise since he is a shorty and re-evaluate from there.

The play that surprises me the most is how badly UTG played it. He limps preflop and when it comes back to him 3 people have put $13 in the pot. This is the easiest shove with any 4 random cards to reopen the betting I've ever seen. Obviously at that point you hope someone isolates with a reshove and everyone else folds.

If your king is an 8 or a 7 I would be more likely to get it in here. :)
The reason is most people are polarised to shoving aces or kings preflop, so having a king in our hand doesn't help us against an opponents range. Also being double suited has a massive benefit in these multiway pots.

It's pretty close to neutral EV for you after you 3 bet preflop, shoving or folding seem equally fine. Obviously for range balancing purposes shoving is good, so long as you can handle the swings.
