i suggest don't bother referal freind to sign up pokerstrategy for the TAF bonus, as they mostly not gonna pay due some non sense reason. Don't waste you ans your buddies time.

Hi kay,

basically, we need to be able to verify they're real persons and they've registered for the first time. So their profile needs to be filled out as required and in some cases they might need to pass a TAF check.

Hi,
I have a problem too with tell-a-friend bonus. I have few friends which they got the capital and completed full PS instructions. They played poker and earn WHpoints and also they should earn PokerStrategy Points too.
I ask one friend about his points status and he told me he got 0 points.
Which is the problem ?

Hi phunlicious,

if they're not receiving StrategyPoints but were referred by you, it seems likely they didn't enter their screenname in their profile.

You should contact them to try and find out

They completed that section, I ask them and they confirmed me.
One of my friend sent a ticket to the support and they said It's a general problem, another friend he sent too a ticket and they said they will announce poker room about that problem to check it.
Also, a friend tell me he got StrategyPoints (around 20) but I got nothing.
I know I need to get $10 from one guy 100%!
I think is something wrong here in pokerstrategy.com...

There is probably a general problem with StrategyPoints for new players on William Hill. As one of your friends already told you, we check this with the poker room.

Also, a friend tell me he got StrategyPoints (around 20) but I got nothing.

The overview in your tell a friend section will be updated at least every second day. However please be aware that extra StrategyPoints like the 10 extrapoints per day do not count towards the tell-a-friend system.
