you cannot call the turn odds/outs-wise, so i like this bet here because c/fold is really weak. you could've been going for a c/raise on the flop so your turnbet doesnt look weak at all. CO definitely plays strange and is probably pretty bad if he does stuff like that more often, his range is also pretty polarized in this spot. either he flopped a set or maybe top2 or he raises with air... sometimes he plays a FD like that as well but imo any reasonable player would cbet almost 100% of his range on this flop.

Just to make clear, you can play c/c here even on your outs getting 1:4 since your implied odds on the river are good.Reason: when he is slowplaying your outs are clean and will earn you at least 2BB on the river. When he is bluffing you have even some outs for J/T which again make it an easy call.

But I like b/c. He will be giving up here sometimes with lower pockets/KQ/KJ hands so you may pick the pot here often enough to make this semibluff possible. Also it makes an easy decition when he raises as he has you beat for sure and J/T rivers are never good.
