nice hand on your side! pretty weak played from CO. if you openraise with ORC-standard you OR A6s+ A9o+ from MP3, and he is far ahead of this range, so yes he should've raised the turn. not to mention that its an easy 3bet for him preflop.

he should actually raise on the turn as he is just being beaten by AQ but ahead against AT A9 A8s. apart from that, the hand is pretty standard. check flop is fine i dont like contiunation betting ui against 3 players as well. and you have backdoors and you cant fold to a flopraise.
