you should not raise because you risk to take a 3bet and no pair is going to fold and almost no worse hand (except a draw) is going to call but Tx and possibly Kx represent way more combinations than the draws. it depends on your read that you have to pick on your opponent by the time.

turn is an easy fold. you have showdownvalue but all your outs are tainted and you are just still ahead against a hand like J9 or QJ and when he does have a flushdraw you are just a slight favourite but you are clearly behind against his madehand and drawing dead against the flush and the pot is just 4,5BB big. you are getting 1:5,5 on the turn for your call but you require 7,5 outs to justify the call and you are drawing very thin on 4-5 outs.

fold turn is fine. on a 6 no :heart: i would call again and reevaluate on the river. call again on a superblank probably. :)
