Hi!

The range you wrote makes absolutely no sense. It may the range he is calling preflop but he cannot have it postflop(like J5o?!? or even QQ is very unlikely)

I think this guy raises his good hands preflop(since he has 30 PFR) and also fold the worst ones(especially after raise and 3bet) but its quite irrelavant as he is still very weak.
His flop call is obviously any pair(maybe Qx raises sometimes even though his AF is low), FD, SD, gutshot and maybe some good backdoors and sometimes just Ahigh or air.And oviously he can slowplay sometimes like Q9,22,99(QQ unlikely due to preflop)

Turncall on this completely blank card is again Qx,9x,2x,some pockets,most draws and slowplays are getting less likely.

River again a very good card and there is basically nothing that beats you except slowplays(which are quite unlikely) and maybe hands like A5s with or some 5x FDs(which are quite unlikely due to preflop), other than that there are a lot of Qx,9x or just some wierd donks that he may have so raise is very fine here. Getting 3bet would be ugly but you still have to call in this huge pot as he may get steaming because he got busted(or just overplays AQ)
