should I raise turn to try to get some more value for my hand and also for protection as I'm never folding this hands vs this guy?

Hmmm, I like it. A reraise turn will make fold 8x and maybe 99, but I don't see JJ+ fold here, you will for sure isolate yourself against hands that have you beaten, because call/reraise shows strengh.

Here you hand only beats a SC with an 8, pocket nines, and ace high. And I don't think those hands would call a reraise turn (maybe pocket 9?). I like the way you keep the pot small to see the showdown, I don't think you can extract value from worse hands than 99.

I would personally shove turn, since if he bets that amount I think he won´t really any river and more likely he would b/c turn with 67 or 89 than shove river when scare card comes
