haha AlanBogdan :)

I read some of your posts and I think you are a real addicted poker player from Romania hehe.. ? I saw you last night at NL10 and i almost wanted to bust your big stack with my short stack hihi :) j/k

Anyway hope to see ya soon at party cash game tables.

Hi AlanBogdan

The best option for u is to go to Start, navigate to All Programs, Got to Partypoker. Click on ' Uninstall Party Poker' Click yes.

Really thats the best option for u. My brother lost like €700 @ Partpoker, and thats allot for his balance. I smashed him in his face telling him to stop playing poker or else i would slap him more and throw his computer out the window. This didnt help he uninstalled it like i asked, and later on he deposited another 100 @ Ultimate bet. Like i dont know the poker sites/programs. This made me throw his pc out the window and told it to my parents.

My parents immeaditly ( spelled wrong ) told him to stop this addicting game, cause for some its just addicting. And if he wouldnt stop they would seek help for him for his costs.

After all he didnt play poker since 4 weeks, I let him play poker on my acc @ Absolute Bet. in a NL10 0,05 / 0,10 and give him advices and tell him to stop when it goes wrong.

He also got a new computer from me, cause he didnt only played poker but hade to do allot more for school. I monitor everything he does on his new computer and to be absolutely sure that he doesnt play poker without my knowledge

So in short for u.

Uninstall

hello,

I played a to high tournament once, and for the same reason as you. You think, but IF i win this....

But,

I got unlucky, no cards, and realized that this is a normal thing to happen, and that the brm is also written for me. And you have to make a RULE, EVERY game higher then xxxx is NOT FOR ME.
Reminds me of the time I smoked A LOT of weed in highschool. Highschool was peanuts to me, so I spend every day smoking weed. But at some point I just realized, this is NOT FOR ME (anymore), and now i'm off it for more then a year. Not because smoking weed in general is bad, or because i was addicted (i wasn't) but because i don't want it anymore. So you have to reach a status where your want for higher limits is just not there anymore.

Poker is gambling, unless you stick to a very disciplined brm, gambling is addictive/attractive, so if you don't have money for gambling, don't do it. It might be harder for some people then for others, but the earlier you find out that gambling is not for you, the easier it is to quit.

And now i can smoke weed once a month without creating these patterns again, so yes you can visit a casino with friends, and play blackjack if you would dig that, but you just have to be disciplined enough not to use it as a way to win money (back!).

It's like the beer you drink once a week, or maybe twice. You shouldn't drink more then you can afford, both financially, physically and mentally.

I'd also suggest just quiting.
And if that's impossible, I'd invest a little bit in ritalin as well if I were you ;)
