its not a downswing if your not good at poker bad poker player = go all in on flop with ace high + says he is in a downswing yet complains when he loses with 92

Playing 35s oop to a raise then min raise a made set wtf ship it in if you get called and lose then at least your post flop play exceeds your preflop move. I cant believe you moan about raising that 92o hand and you get looked up - i can imagine you opponents have seen you show down filth throughout the session hence your table image is such that you wont get away with bluffing which should be used sparingly if at all at these stakes

This is not a downswing it is the fact your starting hand selection bites

Read the starting hand guide and know it end of

A very good thing you can do while beginning to play poker is to kick your own ass, start learning and improving your game, and stop whining about being unlucky Everyone gets their share of bad luck, so there is nothing special about it. Every good and every bad period ends eventually. You don't need to worry about your luck, you need to worry about your good play and good decisions. Resistance to tilt and bad emotions comes with experience, so be patient.
And I agree to all the other guys, you don't even have a right to whine about a bad beat when you aggressively play trash hand that you should have easily thrown away preflop.
And about the last hand - yeah, you really suck But that doesn't mean that you cannot improve and get better. Everyone sucked at the very beginning of their poker career. So keep going and you will get better for sure, if only will you have the guts. Good luck

I play tighter now, analyzing other players on table, don't know about aggresion, I play shorter sessions now, I find to lose when I overdo it, (I allways lose on vacation when I play a lot, maybe I get boring or something)
Ok I look forward to improving, I hope I won't get on tilt anymore, like in last or so so hands. I will play ABC poker on micros.

BTW, today was really good day, haven't lost any big pots, won with KK ( that's rare )
got more flush and straight made hands. Dunno what's more.

and really, it's more comfortable to play with 15BI bankroll than 5BI.
