By raising you get yourself into a bigger pot OOP without made hand. He has BU this hand so this is the only way he can have position on you and you choose this time to make a move with a marginal hand, not a good idea. I would simly fold and wait for a better spot IP.

With these small blinds I don't really see any value in raising to steal blinds. And as already stated, you're setting yourself up to play OOP, and ATo isn't that strong. I'd just complete, and check/fold the flop.

imo
from what i see this is probably 5-6 hand in tournament so not sure that stats are useful here (maybe im wrong)
preflop - just complete, like guys above sad it, you are oop vs possible loose player, so dont build pot
flop - ch/fold

if you hit T (top pair) on flop or A, you would probable have the best hand, but without it...save your chips

Yea I also think completing the sb is best.. I don't think raising here against a opponent that loose is that bad.. but I think completing is slightly better and makes the hand easier to play =)

as played cbet 180 (1/2pot) and fold vs reraise..

as played check/fold turn

and stats are always useful.. Stats are really helpful on the early stages if you have a big database for your limit.. but normally on these stakes you'll have 0 hands on the guys your playing when the sng starts.. so it gets pretty tough to use stats in the first few levels..
