Do you mean that you submitted the wrong username for your 50$ bankroll? Contact support ( http://www.pokerstrategy.com/home/support/ ) and they should be able to fix it for you if your information adds up.

As beefpuff already explained in case you entered the wrong username you will need to contact our customer support, who will fix it.
