I would overbet the turn - like $15 or maybe even $20 
Just to make him decide whether he wants to go broke with his two pair/set or Q

Versus an aggro reg like him you can ck/raise this turn for value imo.
It's a BvB scenario and his already been seen betting quite a bit when checked to (see the vs missed cbet lintes). I believe he will bet all his range there including value hands, semi-bluffs and possibly pure floats.
c/r is one option, although not sure how often people would b/c turn with Ax/Kx hands and very often they might check back hands that would call down 3 streets. If you have feeling he is going to calldown mode then I think you can also bet turn 8$ and then 20$ on the river.
