Flop and turn i would play the same.
He seems to be really bad so on river i wouldnt play bet/fold or check/fold because sometimes he can bluff with A high or busted draw. I would check/call trying to catch some fishy bluff.

Hi!

If he is totally not thinking then maybe c/c may do the trick but I would generally preffer b/f way more. He is still Mp3 and has ton of Ax against which you have value and once you check they have totally easy valuebets with most pairs and checks with everything else because you are always playing c/c.

This is the problem you get yourself into with preflop play.Dont overdo these non-playable hands even against looser players.
