Preflop: Hero is UTG2 with T♥, T♠
Hero raises to $0.08, MP1 calls $0.08, 6 folds.

Flop: ($0.19) 8♦, 4♥, 4♠ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.12, MP1 calls $0.12.

Turn: ($0.43) 9♥ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.3, MP1 calls $0.30.

River: ($1.03) 9♦ (2 players)
Hero bets $0.72, MP1 folds.

Final Pot: $1.75

Should I be C/C the river, because if he raisers the river I'm in a preety bad spot and still have to call.

Again I'd bet 0.16 on the flop for value, he will call all PPs anyway.

On the turn you bet 3/4 pot which is fine.

On the river I think we cannot bet big because the worse hands we can get calls from are only small pocket pairs - he's just gonna fold vs a big bet.
So I'd make it $0.22 to get some thin value.
