why r u calling preflop? how r you expecting to play that hand oop vs 4 players profitably?

as played fold turn there are 2 more players after you to act, and 1 of them is BB who was offered to see free flop so he can have a lot 2x or 2 pair combos in his range also your hand cant stand any heat on river

about villains range
NO is not wa/wb situation cos CO check flop bet turn vs 3 players (2 of them are SB &BB and 1 of them can have 2) on A35 4 board (3 x:diamond:) and on river is clear value bet imo 98%+++ of time

It is not a value bet 98%+++ of the time

As I mentioned if he had a flush draw flop, he would semi bluff when checked to him (had reads on him as I mentioned).

Turn 3/4 when checked to him, is not a flush but a one card diamond, XJd, XKd maybe.

When BB & UTG check turn, they don't have 2 in their hand most of the time, so I am HU river most of the time vs CO.

River line check / call any blank.

And therefore its way ahead way behind. Yes there is a chance that he decided to check back a low FD like 7d8d and value turn, but I had a reason to believe that he would semi-bluff flope with such a hand.

So what you are missing in that spot is from his point, the turn is a perfect card to semi-bluff when checked to him, if nobody has a 2 or XdYd (and obv, they don't) it'll be very hard to condinue with the hand.

YES -> totally. What do you want to hit? calling such crap hands just because the potodds are good is totally stupid and i'm 90% sure you bring yourself in super tough spots all the time with hands like these and you're losing chips with them in the long run!
