To transfer both you and the person you're transfering to need a successful deposit history.
i am talking about me, if i want to transfer all the money including thouse 50$ from game to my bank account. and what actually means succesful deposit history?
Thats withdrawing money not transfering. And in that case yes you need 1000FTP without having deposited.
