Regarding your actual application, I very much doubt anyone will be willing to stake you if you don't give more information. People generally like to see that the money they will be giving out will go to a player who won't waste it away in a day.
How many tournaments do you want to play? What's your ROI for the one's you've played /sample size. How will you split the profits? etc..
