Does anyone know why I am getting these weird ranges here, especially the Button push range?

Probably because winning the blinds adds hardly anything to the button's EV given that the payout structure is 0.5/0.5/0.

If we give them all 1000 chips, the result is this:

So by comparison the range in my OP doesn't make sense

Well, I could say 'The range is very sensitive to stack size', but that's really just an observation, not an explanation. Have faith in the maths, and thou shalt go far.
