Im playing cereus at the moment, mostly because I have rakeback there.
Minuses
No NL 4 tables
Starting with NL50 the rake is horrible
Not that much traffic
I suspect that a lot of regualrs there are bots
Pluses
I enjoy the software
Reload bonuses
I have rackback there
A lot of bad players
NL2 rake is the lowest online
I have heard a lot of players say they think there are bots on cerus, what most people dont understand is bots are bad players
for example if you program the bot so that a 4 bet pre flop almost always means your oponent has AA or KK and so it should fold QQ or worse
That is exploitable and so is a nit style of play, which bots are programed with, you should play your oponent and a bot is no differnt
P/Stars has a great revamped Vip program for low limit players. P/Stars has the most bots, they're working on it they say, BAH!! Today's bots are a lot more advanced today then they were 3 yrs ago. Security sucks at both. Using you're user name to sign in is ez recipe for hackers. Mine got hacked @PS and lost 266.00. So use their extra security.
Cereus Network is a great site if they can attract their old players back with incentives to bring the traffic in to attract new sign ups. I'd still playing UB if it wasn't for the traffic. 
Bots are easy to spot, check their stats, check what limits they play, multiple?? A lot of hands in a short time? Amount of tables they play? At F/T there are "reports" of russian bots who have all the same stats. Same amount of tables played. All play multiple limits, some simultaneously. All have started playing at the same time. Check PTR and you're HUD.
