Oh man. Months of downswings wiped out in a DAY. This was an awesome read: just read through all 10 pages. I cheered for you, I felt sorry for you, and now I am cheering for you again! WOO!
lol yea poker is a sick but beautiful game. And its only the beginning there is a life long journey ahead so will be interesting to see what happens ♦
I basically went from 2 months xtreme downswing, 2 shipping an mtt for 32k, which obv makes up for it very nicely.
@Purple, basically my dad has alot of bills to pay and for some reason he has this gambling mentality that "We need money, we must gamble" So he staked me 600 dollars to play a few mtts today. He woke up in the morning for work, the second i actually just won 32 k, so i went down and said with a still face "I just won 32 thousand btw" and he looked at me not sure if i was joking "As i have done many times in th past" and shook my hand and said "Well done mate like he is still kind of in shock, and tbh it hasnt sunk in with me yet either.
Its funny cause so many haters have been saying bad things lately about me and poker "Your wasting your time", "Its obviously rigged how can you run 200 bi below ev in 800 games" "Your not as good as you think you are" ect...And tbh, when you run bad for a long time, you start to feel that way. So this is deffinatly a great thing and this is the beginning of my true poker career.
I am now rolled to play the 50 dollar hu sngs and play nl100 live aswell. I could play the 100 dollar hu sngs, but I know if i grind hard for one month on the 50's i can have a 10k month, so why skip to the 100's?
Hopefully things go uphill from now on...
I dont think too many people like my blog as seen from the ratings, but tbh i dont care 2 much cause I am only doing it really for self reflection. However as u can see everything in this blog is my true thoughts, i'm not just gonna post my winnings and imply that i am amazing and everything is going amazing, i am gonna say things like it is, and this way I will be able to see myself grow as a true poker player.
If i run terrible i am gonna say it, if i run like god i am gonna say it, I think this blog can be helpful to many who are starting out, cause you can deff learn from my mistakes.

lol my dad posting on pokerstrategy..the most embarassing thing ever...
I am sticking to hu sngs atm because i think there is more money to be made at the current level. I play 50-100. I think from nl200+ I might consider playing hu cash again.
Since i am now rolled, i think i am very capable of having +10k months from the hu sngs, so I will grind grind hu sngs for 1-2 months and see how it goes, I am sure I will destroy them ♦
One thing i am considering is playing plo, i think my plo game is pretty solid, but I am currently looking at somewhat of a good consistant profit and plo deff isnt the game for that atm.
I've just read through your blog and I want to congratulate to your winnings and also for keeping good mindset and not losing faith in your skill

I have decided that I will keep 6 k in my pkr account and have a 25 bi shot at the 100 dollar hu sngs, hopefully i can grind some solid month out, and i will put 26k into my card giving half to my dad ofc.
I am gonna keep a couple of k on stars aswell so I can play mtts again ♦ Would be foolish not too.
Also have money to play live whenever I want which is also great cause I really enjoy it and think its also super profitable.
Also i've decided to buy myself a nice desk, monitor, mouse, keyboard so I have a proper place to grind instead of laying down on my bed with my laptop.
Give me some recommendation guys for good things to buy ♦, I'm willing to spend up to 1.5k for my grinding stuff ^^ Need good tools after all.

So I ordered my stuff today from amazon spent around 1k pounds total, which is around 1.7k dollars, should deff be worth the money though, i have 3 year warranty with everything so should last me a while, looking forward to the grinding ahead ♦ Here is the stuff I bought:
I also bought a kindle which cost 160 +30 for 3 years warrantly, and also a very nice bag for my college ;- cost 60 pounds but looks nice. Screen is 28 inches, so should be worthy
