add that 1k hands to the 200k+ hands i've played of SSS... believe me when i say that anyone who was a winning player at 20-50bb will be happy with the changes at stars, especially after the 10th when the 20-50 are gone and there is more traffic at CAP
Steve, has there been any official word as to why 20bb cap tables are only starting at NL50? not that it bothers me, but it does make it impossible for new SSS players from pokerstrategy to choose your site for their initial $50.
There hasn't been any official word until now. One main reason is a desire for lobby simplicity for new players. The reasons do not involve wanting to push players to play one type of poker over another, and certainly not trying to prevent players from choosing PokerStars. PokerStars will evaluate the impact of the change at the $0.05/$0.10 and $0.10/$0.25 levels particularly closely.
obviously i understand that all of these decisions are made after a great deal of thought and consideration at stars and isn't based on what a couple of forum goers want (despite what the 2+2 crowd seem to think) but i'd like to put forward my own point of view.
As a SSS player, I believe that the new CAP tables should be under the NL tab for now, then once players are fully used to it, i dont think there would be a big problem putting CAP games under their own tab.
as for the micro limits, was there any discussion to making the limits upto NL25 20-100bb?
I would not expect 20-100bb to be offered for PLO or NLHE in the forseeable future at any stakes.
Steve, Were do us short stack players go now if we are at the micro limits? so of us cant all of a sudden step up to 25nl cap games..
you give me and many others no micro cap games at all. and take away 20-50bb games we did have (10nl)
FT can offer me that option. Stars seem to have cut alot of micro players out of action. Thanks

I think im going to have to switch to a MSS, however im going to have to wait until i can unlock the MSS content/videos now. I look forward to the new MSS release. Do u know if these will be available for bronze members?

Its no the same we need a new strategy, i recomend to play in a different way cap tables than the SSS, thats because every body play the same and if more than 2 in the table play SSS the odds are wrong...

Nobody plays SSS strategyat CAPs because it dont work. You cant be tight like you are because when finally you get called you will be small favorite and your win rate will not be big.
Some guy say that now you can sit with fishes all day, no need to switch tables, that totally wrong ebcause fishes are gone, at CAP tables you are facing with decent players, SSS, nits and TIGHT aggro and maniacs that make money.
Now if you dont know to play maniac dont play CAPs.
