I would bet turn to protect against flush & straight draws. If someone was holding a Qx on the flop they would most likely raise.
I would think that a baby queen is the only hand that beats you here. KT would donk turn for value. (or would they not? =)
Then check/call river.

But let's see what the pros say=)

bet turn! 9 is not the best cards as T8 and KT become possible to have the straight now but thats no reason to avoid betting. you have to bet and if somebody checkraises you should fold your hand as t8 and KT is too likely and could be already drawing dead but if nobody shows resistance you have to keep up betting as you have another valuebet against worse Jx or T9 if the rivercard is to your comfort but this card is definitely no card to bet again!
