I have built my bank roll to around the $200 mark. What stakes should I now play be playing. I am currently playing 5/10c, should I be playing higher or continue playing at these stakes, if so how much would you suggest I would need.

well, nobody hides bankroll management articles and I suggest you learn them by heart.
Make sure you're reading the right article though 
(i.e. Fixed limit vs. No Limit.)
If you are playing NL, you need around 30 buy ins. For SSS, you have easily the bankroll to play NL25. If you are concerned about your ability, give it a try, and play according to all you have so far learnt. Your bankroll will sustain you through a run of bad luck or bad play.
