Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BB with A♠ T♠
2 folds, CO raises to $1, BTN calls $1, 1 fold, Hero???

CO 32/16 and a nice spot. Haven't 3bet him before.
BTN solid but not overaverage reg, he will be flatting CO wider than his usualy 20/16 range when he should be iso-3betting him more.

Squeeze or call? ATs is a nice hand but with the regular last to act I can't play too well oop vs both. Squeezes might be call/overcalled alot but on a Q32r flop I can bet/fold and take it down alot.

Sure squeeze is fine, especially since you likely have anyway the best hand.
But if you hit tp you likely have to play for stacks and there are quite a lot of boards when you hit your middle pair or some gutshot. So if you really don´t want to play oop big pot flat is also fine- not too many worse hands would likely not call your 3-bet
