HEM only shoving my 45 man toruneys if i entered final table..
so my graph is one big +, and missing alot of tourneys

Which pokersite?
Please make sure that you use the latest update 1.11.06d http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
and on Stars you need to import summaries:
You have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+
Then import them manually to HM.
For new tourneys:
Stars now supports the writing of summaries directly to your computer: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/441/Poker+Stars+Tournament+Summary+Setup
