Yes, scientists will have you believe evolution is fact, but this is not the case. In this instance the "theory" mainly amounts to extravagant speculation.

scientist don't want you to believe in anything. They investigate empirical evidence and draw logical conclusions leading to theories, and no proof pointing against evolution has been discovered so far. Theory of evolution doesn't account for how the first single celled organism came about, it only deals with the evolution from then.
You see what happens when you insult god guys, and I hope this answers the question of the thread.

I assume it's answersingenesis.org? since I can't find a site at the domain you wrote.
I gave the site a quick glance and in terms of scriptural information it appears to be highly inaccurate (as most bible-based sites are), and probably not worth me looking much further.
The information I give is either directly from the bible or a culmination of my own unbiased research. I consider all sources equally and would never limit the information I take in to one potentially inaccurate/biased source.

You have to appreciate that unbiased does not mean one has no right to formulate an opinion after the evidence has been considered.
Unbiased simply means I am not partial to some information at the expense of other information.
(That may have been what you found funny....I'm not sure. It might have been me saying most bible based sites are highly inaccurate. It's unfortunate, but true.)

Never visited the site myself, so I probably got the .com wrong. Just checking, since some guy here mentioned Kent Hovind, which made me instantly facepalm so hard I still have an imprint on my face.
Anyways, I feel guilty about not really addressing the main topic as much as helping hijack it, so I'll throw in my two cents before the thread is locked. Not really qualified to talk about what different religions think of poker, but I don't deem it immoral myself for reasons already mentioned, namely the people playing are well aware that it's a risk/reward game, one could lose his stack during any hand. Taking money off of less skilled players who agree to play the same game you do is no more immoral than winning a chess competition with a buy-in.
